Real gin for real gin lovers

It seems as though many distillers have forgotten what gin is really about. With complicated infusions and flavours that don’t sing, but shout, these days juniper is being obscured rather than celebrated.

But with Juni 93 we’ve taken gin back to its origins and produced a traditional, small-batch London Dry, as it should be. Juni 93 is a gin for real gin lovers; it’s expertly crafted from our home-grown Serbian juniper berries, bringing the flavour of juniper out from the wings and back into the spotlight. And, typical of a London Dry, it’s made with all-natural ingredients, unsweetened, and blended only with water. Juni 93 really is as pure as it gets.

 

 

 

Why are we unique

We are unique in the fact that we are the only distillery in the world that have a distillation process at the source of majority of our botanicals. Most distilleries import botanicals from all over the world. We either pick our own or source from local growers.

Also, our cask aged gin is very unique because it is aged in juniper barrels. Only two other producers in the world do that.

Signature Gin and Tonic

INGREDIENTS

50ml Juni 93 London Dry
200ml Merchant’s Heart Classic Tonic
Lemon
Lime

METHOD

Juni is always best kept simple. Fill a large gin glass with cubed ice. Stir 50ml Juni 93 London Dry with Merchant’s Heart Classic Tonic (200ml), and garnish with wheels of lemon and lime. Perfection.

Juni Collins

INGREDIENTS

50ml Juni 93 London Dry
30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml syrup de gomme
Lemon
Maraschino cherry

METHOD

Fill a collins glass with ice and pour over 50ml Juni 93 London Dry, 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 20ml syrup de gomme or sugar and water. Stir, then fill to the top with soda water and garnish with a wedge of lemon and a maraschino cherry.

200ml Merchant’s Heart Hibiscus Tonic
Raspberry
Hibiscus flower

METHOD

Fill a large gin glass with cubed ice. Stir 50ml Juni 93 Raspberry & Plum with 200ml Merchant’s Heart Hibiscus Tonic, then garnish with a raspberry and hibiscus flower.
